Our company is an ISO 9001 certified and PED approved and is recognized internationally for its quality standards and right time deliveries. Premier Quality
In order to deliver defect free quality castings within the stipulated time, our quality control department conducts stringent testing prior to final dispatch. Our quality control unit is well equipped with Sand testing equipments, Spectrometer (26 elements), Complete wet analysis equipments, Inverted Microscope with image analyzer software, Brinell and Rockwel hardness testing machines, Universal Testing Machines (UTM) and Impact testing machine with sub zero temperature arrangements. We manufacture the products integrating well-qualified and experienced engineers, sophisticated machines and genuine raw materials.

Pattern and Engineering Department
  • Our pattern and Engineering Department is capable of the following

  • 3D modeling facility

  • Pattern machining activities with 3D scanning, rapid prototyping, 5axis machining.

  • Methoding and pattern making.

  • Pattern methoding activists for critical casting using latest simulation software like MAGMA.

  • Modern tools and instruments are available for mounting and inspection of the patterns.
Moulding Plant:
  • Equipped with 2 pairs of ARPA-300 and 1 pair of ARPA-450 simultaneous jolt squeeze molding machines supplied by DISA India Ltd (BMD)

  • Electric hoists for mold handling

  • Mold cars on track lines

  • 3 MT and 5 MT EOT Cranes in hand molding area

  • Exclusive sand mixing mullers for hand molding

  • Co2 sand system in hand molding area

  • Fully mechanized metal pouring line with pneumatic change over trolleys

  • Pouring ladles of 300 kg capacity

  • 920 KVA DG set for power back up
Finishing of the castings
  • Equipped with Shot blasting machine of 500 kgs capacity with double door, double impeller and multiple hook table

  • Wedge type raiser cutting machine

  • Swing frame grinding machines

  • Pedestal and Pencil Grinders

  • Pneumatic grinders and finishing machine

  • Chipping Machines


  • Heat Treatment
    • We have installed a 1.5 MT Electric Heat Treatment Furnace to annealing and normalizing of the castings


    Painting
    • Surface treatment methods with painting and red oxide dipping


    Machining
    We outsource the machining activities with well equipped, ISO-9001 certified vendors. Exclusive vendor development team is working to develop machining and monitoring of machine shops.

    Outsourcing
    Radiography testing, ultrasonic testing, pattern making, shell core and shell mold making and electroplating and powder coating.

    Applications
